1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on RenderPulse Ultra (samraxserver.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions provided by Samrax Server.

2. Description of SaaS Platform

RenderPulse Ultra is an automated web service pinging and uptime monitoring tool. The service issues HTTP GET requests to URLs specified by the user to evaluate web service availability and keep public endpoints active.

Service Scope Disclaimer: Samrax Server does NOT provide web hosting, domain name registration, server infrastructure, or deployment environments. Users are solely responsible for hosting their own applications on third-party cloud platforms.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to add URLs for endpoints that you do not own or do not have authorization to monitor. Pinging malicious targets, conducting Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, or abusing short ping intervals for unlawful purposes will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Pro tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or fixed basis through certified payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU).

5. Limitation of Liability

Samrax Server provides uptime metrics on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for third-party server outages, network latency, or business disruption resulting from third-party hosting failures.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
